Deepika eats a nutritious diet comprising protein, carbs, and healthy fats. She refrains from eating any processed food, and follows a fitness routine of pilates and gym workout.
Deepika uses a mild cleanser to wash her face that doesn’t strip off natural oil from the face, keeping the PH balance of skin and hydrating effect.
After cleaning her face, she prefers to tone her face for a revitalised effect. A toner helps clean and close the pores, leading to balancing the skin’s natural PH balance.
Applying a moisturiser is an important step in Deepika’s skincare routine. She drinks plenty of fluids throughout the day for hydrated skin and body.
The most essential and her favourite part of the skincare routine is sunscreen to protect the skin from tanning, dullness and pigmentation. Deepika never steps out without applying sunscreen even when there is no harsh sunlight.
