A lot of things we learn in our early school life tend to be of no use later. Here is a list of information and skills many of us find obsolete and of no use later on in life.

1. Cursive Handwriting

While cursive handwriting was once considered an essential skill, it’s rarely used in today’s digital age, making it seem somewhat obsolete.

2. Complex Algebraic Equations

While math is important, many students find themselves learning complex algebraic equations that they may never use in their daily lives or careers.

3. Trigonometry and Calculus:

These advanced math topics are valuable for specific professions but not for everyone, leading some to question their relevance in general education.

4. Extensive Memorisation of Dates

Memorising specific historical dates can be seen as less useful today, as information is readily accessible online.

5. Detailed Grammar Rules

While understanding grammar is crucial, some schools focus excessively on intricate rules that may not significantly impact effective communication.

6. Recitation of Poems

While poetry appreciation is important, some argue that memorising and reciting poems verbatim is less relevant than understanding their meaning.

7. Esoteric Literature

Some classic literature taught in schools may not resonate with modern students, leaving them questioning the relevance of certain text.
