Globally, politicians are the most untrustworthy profession. As per the IPSOS report, only 12% of people shared that they trust politicians.
Next on the list are government ministers whom only 16% of people consider to be trustworthy
Advertising executives who plan, develop and oversee the marketing strategies for various products and services are also among professionals considered not worthy of trust. Around 43% of people think advertising executives are not trustworthy.
People do not have confidence in business leaders as well and as many as 23% of the population globally find this profession trustworthy.
As per the IPSOS report, 38% of people find that bankers as professionals are untrustworthy.
Journalist collect and confirm information about events and present fair, unbiased news reports and analyses in a cohesive manner in the form of text, audio or pictures. But 38% of the people across the world now consider journalists to be untrustworthy.
Priests are considered to be the seventh most untrustworthy profession globally. 40% of the people globally consider the clergy to be untrustworthy.
