Norway

Norway is one of the countries that provide free education to international students and even sponsors funds for higher education. To get free education in Norway you must have a flawless application and apply for scholarships as early as possible. Some of the universities include the University of Oslo, the University of Stavanger, NHH School of Economics.

Czech Republic

Also known as the "heart of Europe", all students, regardless of their nationalities, can attend universities offering free education, but should know the local language to take advantage of the free tuition. Sweden

Students can study in any public university but must appear for a Portuguese exam before applying. Only the registration fees will be charged if you pass the exam. Other than this, the cost of food and transportation is also cheaper in the country.
