China's Shenzhen is in second place with 513 skyscrapers, with 16 super-tall buildings.
New York City secures the third position on the list, boasting an impressive tally of 421 skyscrapers.
Rounding out of the top five in Dubai, which grabs the fourth position with 395 skyscrapers, a staggering 28 of which are super-tall buildings.
China again made it to the list, with its Guangzhou city having 254 skyscrapers, with 11 super tall buildings.
One of China's biggest cities, Shanghai also boast of having 250 skyscrapers.
The capital city of Japan has 200 skyscrapers, out of which 33 are super-tall buildings.
