6 Natural Teeth-Whitening Tips

Baking Soda and Lemon Paste

Mix a small amount of baking soda with freshly squeezed lemon juice to form a paste. Apply this mixture to your teeth using a toothbrush and leave it on for about a minute before rinsing. Be cautious with this method, as the acidity of lemon can erode tooth enamel if used excessively.

Activated Charcoal

Gently brush your teeth with activated charcoal powder. It can absorb stains and toxins on the teeth. Use it sparingly to avoid abrasion.

Strawberries and Baking Soda Mash

Mash strawberries and mix with a pinch of baking soda to create a natural teeth-whitening paste. Apply, leave on for a few minutes, and then rinse.

Oil Pulling with Coconut Oil

Swish one tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth for 15-20 minutes in a process known as oil pulling. This can help remove plaque and promote oral hygiene.

Orange Peel Rub

Rub the inner part of an orange peel against your teeth. The natural compounds in the peel, like limonene, help whiten teeth. Rinse thoroughly afterwards.

Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse (with caution)

Dilute apple cider vinegar with water and use it as a mouthwash, swishing it around for about 30 seconds. Due to its acidity, use this remedy sparingly to prevent enamel erosion.
