6 Home Remedies to Treat Dark Circles at home

 1. Tomatoes

Rich in nutrients like vitamins A, B, C, and minerals such as sulphur, potassium, calcium, and iron, tomatoes are an excellent choice for reducing dark circles. Apply tomato juice to the affected area, leave it for 10 minutes, and rinse it off with water. Repeat twice daily for a few weeks.

 2. Tea Bags

Green tea's catechin antioxidants diminish wrinkles and signs of ageing. They cleanse, detoxify, and remove excess oil from the skin under the eyes. Steep green tea bags in lukewarm water with fresh rose petals. Place the tea bags on the eyes for 15 minutes and rinse off with cold water.

 3. Almond Oil

Almond oil helps reduce the puffiness associated with dark circles. Its emollient and sclerosant properties improve complexion and skin tone.

4. Cold Milk

The cold temperature can constrict blood vessels, potentially reducing the appearance of dark circles.

5. Orange Juice

With high vitamin A and C content, orange juice aids in reducing under-eye circles. Apply a cotton pad soaked in orange juice, mixed with a few drops of glycerin, to treat the skin around your eyes

6. Mint Leaves

Apply a paste of mint leaves over dark circles and leave it overnight. This lightens the skin under the eyes and rejuvenates it by preventing free radical damage to the cells.
