1. Watermelon

Watermelon is high in nutrients. With a water content of around 90 per cent, this fruit helps in the prevention of heart disease.  

2. Strawberries

Strawberries have high levels of vitamin C, manganese, folate, potassium, B vitamins, and flavonoids. These are very beneficial in preventing heart disease and in lowering bad cholesterol.

3. Pineapples

Pineapples are high in Vitamin C, which boosts your immune system. And high fiber content and antioxidants keeps you hydrated all day.

4. Mangoes

Mangoes are high in antioxidants and can boost immunity. They also lower cholesterol levels and improve eye health.

5. Musk Melon

Musk melons are rich in potassium and also great for regulating blood pressure. They have vitamin A and vitamin C, which is why they are good for eye health and gut health and a perfect hydrating fruit.
