Making way in the top 10 list of the world’s most peaceful countries, Singapore stands sixth with a score of 1.332 points.
With a score of 1.316 points on the Global Peace Index 2023, Austria stands fifth on the list.
New Zealand is the fourth most peaceful country in the world with a score of 1.313 points.
Ireland’s position slipped from second to third this year. It has a score of 1.312 on the index.
The second most peaceful country in the world is Denmark with 1.31 score points.
Iceland stands at the top of the list with 1.124 points on the Global Peace Index 2023 and bags the tag of the most peaceful country in the world. It has remained the most peaceful country since 2008 when the list was first released.
