India's national capital Delhi, with 284.3 points, stands in sixth position.
Bangladesh's Dhaka with 287.4 points stands in the fifth position in the list of cities with the worst traffic.
Making it to the top five list of cities with the worst traffic is Colombo, which stands in the fourth spot with 305.1 points.
Costa Rica's San Jose with 331.1 points is third in the list.
Los Angeles, with 343.4 points, is in second position in the list of cities with the worst traffic.
Taking the prize is Nigeria's Lagos which stands atop the list with 348.7 points.
