How to Travel Vietnam: One Week Itinerary

Remember, this is a fast-paced itinerary and might be tiring for some. You may wish to focus on fewer places to have a more relaxed experience. Also, the travel time between cities can sometimes be longer due to traffic or other delays.

Ho Chi Minh City (Day 1)

Land in this beautiful city and give an entire day to explore it. Visit the War Remnants Museum, the Reunification Palace, you can also explore the Ben Thanh Market and enjoy the nightlife in the bustling District 1

Ho Chi Minh City (Day 2)

Take a same day visit to Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong River Delta tour on boat. Come back to the city and take the overnight bus to Da Lat (6 hours journey).

Da Lat (Day 3)

Reach Da Lat early in the morning, check in hotel/hostels and start exploring the beautiful hill station which is famous for its French colonial architecture, beautiful landscapes, and lovely flower gardens.

Da Nang (Day 4)

Take an early morning flight to Da Nang, Vietnam's third-largest city, which is noted for its beautiful beaches, French colonial history, and the Ba Na Hills.

Hoi An (Day 5)

Spend the day touring this delightful UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its well-preserved Ancient Town, magnificent lanterns, Japanese Bridge, and fine tailoring shops.

Ha Noi (Day 6)

Take an early morning flight to Ha Noi from Da Naag. Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Temple of Literature, and the Hanoi Old Quarter, as well as the famous railway street.

Ha Long Bay (Day 7)

Take a full day tour to Ha Long Bay which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a spectacular area of limestone pillars, tiny islets, caves, and clear emerald waters. Come back to Ha Noi and take a flight back to your country.
