India’s Yashasvi Jaiswal has been in excellent form in the ongoing series against England and came up with another matchless performance in the 3rd Test.
Jaiswal smashed a whopping 214 in the 2nd innings and shattered a few records.
Yashasvi Jaiswal has become the third Indian cricketer to score double centuries in back-to-back Tests.
Jaiswal also hit 12 sixes, the highest by any batter in a Test innings. He equalled Wasim Akram’s record.
Yashasvi Jaiswal has also broken the record for most sixes in a series by any batter. He smashed 22 sixes, three more than Rohit Sharma.
Jaiswal has become the second left-handed Indian batter to score over 500 runs in a Test series.
The 22-year-old has also become the third youngest to hit a double century in the second innings.
