Eden Hazard on Tuesday (Oct 10) announced his retirement from professional football, aged 32, after playing more than 700 matches for both club and country.
After taking a year to settle in the Premier League, Hazard fired Chelsea to their first PL title since 2010 during the 2014-15 season.
Hazard blasted 16 goals and five assists to fire Chelsea to another Premier League title in 2016-17.
One of Hazard's most stunning solo goals came against Liverpool at Anfield in 2018. His goal helped Chelsea come from behind and dump the Reds out of EFL Cup.
Hazard departed Stamford Bridge by scoring a brace and assisting another goal to secure Europa League trophy for Chelsea in 2019.
Although the move didn't work in hindsight, it was a huge moment for Hazard as he was prized away by Los Blancos for $107 million in June 2019.
