Host country China finished the race of Asian Games 2023 with a total of 201 gold, 111 silver and 71 bronze, taking the total haul to 383 medals.
At the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, Japan finished second with 52 gold, 67 silver and 69 bronze, or 188 medals.
In third place stands South Korea with 190 medals out of which 42 were gold, 59 were silver and 89 bronze.
India's campaign at the Asian Games 2023 ended with record tally for the country in the games, at 107 medals. The country won 28 gold, 38 silver and 41 bronze.
In fifth place stands Uzbekistan, with 22 gold, 18 silver and 31 bronze medals.
At the Asian Games 2023, Taiwan finished sixth with a total of 67 medals of which 19 were gold, 20 silver and 28 bronze.
Iran stood seventh with 13 gold, 21 silver and 20 bronze medals.
Making way in the top 10 list, Thailand finished eighth with 12 golds, 14 silver and 32 bronze medals.
With a total of 20 medals out of which 12 are gold, 3 are silver and 5 are bronze, Bahrain stands at ninth rank.
Democratic People's Republic of Korea also known as North Korea finished tenth after winning a total of 39 medals, of which 11 are gold, 18 silver and 38 bronze.
