Gliese 667Cc is 22 light-years away and at least 4.5 times bigger than Earth. It takes 28 days to complete one orbit around its host star. However, that star is a red dwarf, far colder than the Sun.
Kepler-22b is 600 light-years from Earth. It was the first Kepler planet discovered in the habitable zone of its parent star, but it is far bigger than Earth – around 2.4 times the planet.

Kepler-1649c, discovered in 2020, is 300 light-years away from Earth and just 1.06 times bigger.
According to NASA Exoplanet Exploration, Proxima Centauri B is only four light-years away from Earth, making it the nearest-known exoplanet. The exoplanet was found in 2016 and has a mass 1.27 times that of Earth.
