Step 1 - Take a non-stick pan and heat some butter. Put some refined flour and sauté it for a few minutes then add some milk. Let the sauce cook until it’s thick and creamy.
Step 2 - Add boiled corn kernels and blanched spinach leaves in the sauce. Let it cook for a few minutes. Now add oregano, chilli flakes and salt to taste.
Step 3 - Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add cheese as per your taste.
Step 4 - Spread spinach and corn mixture on bread slices.
Step 5 - Toast the sandwich on a hot pan or in a griller until they are golden brown and crispy.
