How to make Peppermint tea at home?

Ingredients: 1 cup of water, fresh peppermint leaves or 1 peppermint tea bag and honey

Step 1: Boil the water in a pot, add gently crushes leaves or the tea bag.

Step 2:  Cover the pot and let it steep for 5–10 minutes.

Remove the leaves or tea bag. Add honey if desired, and enjoy warm.
