Just be with yourself in the morning
Sit upright, stretch a bit and rub your palms.
For Tratak, gaze at a candle flame for some time. It helps improve concentration. Then do some asanas to cultivate attitude of dharma, aishwarya, jnana and vairagya. Then do Bhastrika, a pranayama on your mat.
Drink two glasses of warm water. If you like, you can add a bit of lemon and honey.
Rinse your mouth with a spoonful of coconut or sesame oil. It is highly recommended for healthy teeth and gums.
