One cup of ragi flour, half a cup of jaggery powder, one-fourth cup of ghee, and one-fourth teaspoon of cardamom powder and baking powder.
In a bowl, mix together the ragi flour, jaggery powder, ghee and cardamom powder. Then, add a quarter teaspoon of baking powder. Slowly pour in milk as needed and stir until you have a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into round cookies by pressing them gently.
While shaping the dough, preheat the oven to 350 F for ten minutes.
Place the cookies on a greased baking tray, leaving some space between them. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges turn golden.
Let the cookies cool and then serve or store them in an airtight container.
