How To Make Traditional Sindhi Aloo Tuk At Home

If you are a potato lover, then this sindhi aloo tuk is the one recipe that you can't miss. Here’s how you can make it at home. 

Ingredients: Potatoes, oil, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and chaat masala. 

Step 1: Take medium-sized potatoes and after washing and drying them properly, cut them in half.  

Step 2: Take a deep pan and fry your potatoes on medium flame. Once they are golden brown, take them out on a tissue and let them cool for a minute. 

Step 3: Gently press the fried potatoes with the help of a glass.

Step 4: Fry the pressed potatoes again. Once they are crispy enough, take them out and keep them aside. 

Step 5: Now make a dry masala with turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and chaat masala.

Step 6: Coat fried potatoes with the prepared masala and give it a good mix and your traditional Sindhi aloo tuk is ready to eat.
