How To Make Kanji Rice: Fermented Probiotic Dish

Kanji rice is a traditional homemade probiotic dish that is excellent for your gut health. Here’s how you can make this traditional dish at home:
Ingredients: Rice, water, red chilli, coriander cumin seeds and curd.
Put one scoop of cooked rice and some water in an earthen pot and let it ferment for a night.
Next morning, temper the fermented rice with some oil, cumin seeds red chilli and coriander. Your kanji rice is ready to eat.
Optional: You can also add curd, it will be more beneficial.
