To make this detox water, you will need 3 litres of water, half cucumber, 2 sliced lemons, and 10-12 mint leaves.
In a large jug, add water, cucumber, lemon, and mint leaves.
Let it rest overnight in the refrigerator so that flavours get infused in the water.
Pour the water into a glass and drink it in the morning. If you don't want large chunks in the glass, strain the water.
