Ingredients: Bread, onion, oil, tomato, green chillies, capsicum, red chilli powder, coriander turmeric powder and other regular spices.
Step 1: Take some leftover bread and cut it into square pieces. Drizzle some water on it and keep it aside.
Step 2: Chop all the veggies and keep them aside.
Step 3: Sauté some green chillies, tomato, onion, and capsicum with spices mentioned in a pan for a few minutes.
Step 4: Add soaked pieces of bread to the pan and mix it well. Cook for a few minutes in a closed lid and your bread poha is ready.
Note: You can add veggies and spices as per your taste and choice.
