It is advised that adolescents and young kids should not consume caffeine. If they do consume it, then ensuring it's not excessive is a must.
Women who are expecting or breastfeeding must consult with their doctors and limit their caffeine intake to 200 mg per day.
For most healthy adults, up to 400 mg of caffeine per day is considered safe.
