In a saucepan, boil 2 cups of water.
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried calendula flowers to the saucepan and let it simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now, strain the tea with the help of a tea strainer.
Add 1 tbsp honey to the tea for sweetness.
You can also mix calendula flowers with some green tea for better results.
