Combine 2 tablespoons of chia seeds with 1 cup of milk. Stir well and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. The seeds will absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like consistency.
Add a tablespoon of chia seeds to your favourite smoothie recipe. You can either add them directly or soak them in water for 10-15 minutes before blending.
