Inflammation is our body's reaction to an infection or an injury. It can result in pain, swelling, and redness.  Chronic inflammation can be caused by serious health conditions. Here are 5 ways to reduce inflammation with diet:

Include Protein in Diet

Include protein in your diet with lean meat sources like chicken, turkey, and fish. If you prefer plant-based sources of protein you can include soy, lentils, seeds, and nuts in your diet.

Eat Lots of Fruits and Vegetables

Include a variety of fruits and vegetables in your diet that can help fulfil your body's nutrition requirements. They can help strengthen immunity and reduce inflammation.

Reduce Your Sugar Intake

We consume a lot of products that have added sugar. Avoid having sugary foods, sodas, and other sweetened beverages as they can increase inflammation.

Consume Fibre-Rich Foods
