In a bowl, add 2 tbsp rose water and 1 tbsp aloe vera gel. Mix well to remove until no lumps are remaining.
Crush 2 vitamin C tablets into powder and add it to the bowl. Stir well.
Slit a vitamin E capsule and add it to the mixture and combine well.
Add 1 tbsp glycerine to the bowl and mix all the ingredients well.
Transfer the serum to a glass bottle with a dropper and store it in the fridge for a day before use. Dab it to apply on your face and neck.
