Wake up early

Relax and Meditate

Always relax your mind and body. Whenever you feel stressed take a nap or breathe deeply. Meditation is a fabulous method of cleansing your mind of all negative thoughts.

Live in the moment

Being present at the moment means to involves being in feelings and in your body. Being in the past or future involves living in your head and ignoring your body's emotions.

Don't Focus on what you don't have

When you focus on what you don't have you feel jealous and frustrated with yourself. If you ever feel such things, immediately divert your mind and think of something you're grateful for.

Get more physical activity

If you're feeling stressed, then the best advice is to move your body on a consistent basis.

Eat healthy

Its always said that your diet affects your health including your mental health. Studies have shown that people who follow a high ultra-processed food and sugar is more likely to experience stress levels.

A number of studies have shown that excessive phone use increases levels of stress and mental health disorders. You should minimise the use of smartphones and TV at least one hour before going to bed.
