Instant noodles don't contain nutrients that are required for your body to function. Having a diet that is heavily dependent on instant noodles can cause nutrition deficiency over time.
Take fresh mangoes and chop them into small chunks
Next, take a pan and add sugar and vinegar to it. Cook this mixture for about 8-10 minutes and ensure that the sugar granules have dissolved.
In a mixer jar, add toasted cumin, red chillies, cardamom and coriander and make a coarse powder.
Add the spice mix, chopped mangoes and 2 tbsp salt to the vinegar and sugar mix and cook on medium heat for 1hr 15 mins- 1 hr 35 mins till a thick consistency is achieved.
Let the mixture cool down, and your mango chutney is ready! If you want to preserve the chutney for a longer duration, store it in an airtight container and keep it in a cool and dry environment.
