Beetroot Thoran is a delicious side dish from South India. It is made with grated beetroot and delicious spices. It is also a vegan, gluten-free and healthy dish.
Heat some oil in a pan and add about 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds. Once they start to sizzle, add some curry leaves to it.
Add 1/4 cup of chopped onions and fry them until they become translucent.
Add 250 grams of grated beetroot and add some salt and turmeric. Stir fry it for about two to three minutes.
Cat poo in the soil can lead to the release of Toxocara worm eggs (Toxocara cati). These larvae may penetrate under the skin, leaving you with inflammation, itching, and pain.
Grind 1/4 cup of grated fresh coconut, two garlic cloves, two green chillies, and half a teaspoon of cumin seeds together until a coarse paste is prepared.
Once the beetroot is cooked, add the paste and fry for two minutes. Serve it with rice or chapati!
