Eggs, onion, bell pepper, garlic cloves, paprika, green chilli, peeled tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste, oil, cilantro and parsley.
Step 1 - Heat some oil in a sauté pan. Add garlic, onion, green chilli and add all the chopped vegetables and cook it for a few minutes.
Step 2 - Add all the spices and sauces (optional) to it.
Step 3 - Pour chopped tomatoes and their juice into the pan and let it cook until your gravy is cooked completely.
Step 4 - Make small holes in the source at an even distance and crack the eggs into each one of them. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cool for a few minutes.
Step 5 - Once your eggs are cooked, garnish the dish with chopped cilantro and parsley and drizzle some black pepper and salt if you want.
