Ingredients: Chicken breast (chopped into bite-sized pieces), peanut butter, soy sauce, almond flour or cornstarch, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, water, and oil to fry.

Step One: Add chicken and cornstarch or almond flour in a small bowl and toss until coated.

Step Two: In a whisking bowl, mix peanut butter, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, and water.

Step Three: Take a non-stick pan and place it over medium heat. Add oil to the pan, and once hot, add chicken and cook it for five minutes or more until it gets cooked properly.
