To start, combine water and gram flour (besan) in a bowl to create a smooth batter without any lumps.
Now heat some oil in a pan and add spices such as cumin seeds, mustard seeds and turmeric.
Then, add the chopped carrots, potatoes, drumsticks and okra to the pan and cook until the vegetables start to soften.
