You need mushrooms, yoghurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste and salt. Ensure mushrooms are cleaned and stems removed for better marination.
In a bowl, mix yoghurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste and salt. Add mushrooms and coat them well. Let them marinate for 25 minutes to absorb flavours.
Preheat your oven to 200°C. Place the marinated mushrooms on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and slightly golden. Flip them halfway through for even cooking.
Serve warm with your favourite dipping sauce or mint chutney.
