Ingredients: Garlic, red chillies, carrot, baby corn, mushroom, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, bell peppers, onion, corn flour, spring onion and garlic.
Step 1: Wash and chop all the vegetables.
Step 2: Take a pan and sauté some ginger, garlic and red chillies. Then add all the vegetables one by one.
Step 3: After cooking the veggies for a few minutes, add soya sauce, red chilli sauce and chilli oil.
Step 4: After a boil, add corn flour slurry with water, sugar and salt. Cook the sauce until vegetables are cooked properly.
Step: Garnish garlic sauce with spring onions and serve it with rice.
