Ingredients: Corn, butter/olive oil, garlic, onion, potato, heavy cream, milk, salt, and black pepper.
In a small saucepan, add 1/2 cup water and 2 cups jaggery shavings. Place it on low to medium heat until the jaggery melts to a stringy syrup.
Chop some raw potatoes and blend them along with some water until you get a mixture. The consistency of this mixture must be thin, so add water accordingly.
Add the potato mixture, some milk, and heavy cream to the same pan and let it boil.
Once the soup starts to thicken, add some salt and black pepper.
