Make Crispy Corn in 5 Easy Steps

Crispy corn is an easy-to-cook delicious dish that is a perfect monsoon snack. Here’s how you can make it in a simple 5 steps:

Step 1: Boil the corn for a few minutes, then keep it aside and let it cool.

Step 2: Mix corn flour, rice flour, salt and black pepper powder and put it on the boiled corns and mix well.

Step 3: Remove the extra corn flour and deep-fry the coated corn until golden brown.

Step 4: Take out the fried corn in a bowl and add spices like red chili powder, dry mango powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix it well, and your crispy corn are ready.

Step 5 (Optional): You can add more flavour by including fried vegetables. For this, saute veggies of your choice such as onions, chilies, green onions, and baby corn. Once they are fried, mix them with the crispy corn.
