Ingredients: Corn, wheat pasta, bell peppers, tomatoes, onion, green chillies, olive oil, avocado, cilantro, salt, black pepper, lemon and garlic.
Boil some pasta and corn with some salt in water.
When pasta and corn are being boiled, make an avocado dressing. In a blender, take some roughly chopped cilantro with some salt, avocado, and lime juice. Blend it until you get a smooth consistency. You can also add green chilies in this step.
In a salad bowl, take all the chopped veggies with boiled pasta and corn. Add the avocado dip and give it a good mix.
Add some salt and pepper and your salad is ready to eat.
