In a pot, boil some tomatoes and dried red chillies together for about 5-7 minutes.

Next, grind the tomatoes and chillies in a food processor along with garlic cloves, and ginger. 

Add salt and sugar to the blender and blend for another 30 seconds.

To add some tanginess, add some lemon juice to the chutney.

Store in a clean jar and refrigerate.
