Ingredients: Soya chunks, beetroot, garlic, ginger, green chillies, onions, bread, paneer and regular spices (red chilli powder, pepper, and turmeric powder).
First boil the soya chunks and soak them in the water for some time before straining.
In a pan, saute some onions with chopped beetroot. Add green chilli and other spices to the pan and let it cook.
In a blender, add sauteed beetroots, soya chunks, paneer and bread.
Apply oil to your palms and make small kebabs.
Cook kebabs on a medium flame in a pan until they are golden brown on both sides.
Your homemade Saya and Beetroot Kebabs are ready to serve!
