Combine methi leaves, rice flour, gram flour, onions, chillies and spices to form a thick batter. Adjust the consistency by adding water as needed.
Once the batter is ready, heat enough oil in a deep-frying pan over medium heat.
Drop spoonfuls of batter into the heated oil and cook, occasionally rotating the pakoras to ensure even cooking, until they are crispy and golden brown.
After frying, remove the pakoras from the pan and place them on paper towels to drain the excess oil.
Serve the hot pakoras with chutney or yoghurt and enjoy.
