How To Make Healthy Spinach Dosa

Ingredients: Mung dal (split mung beans), oats, spinach, suji, green chilies, ginger and salt

Step 1: Take a bowl and soak some mung dal (split mung beans) in water for around 2 hours.

Step 2: Now take some oats and mix them with suji. Soak it in water and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Take a bunch of spinach and boil it.

Step 4: When your lentils are soaked enough blend them with ginger and green chilies

Step 5: Mix the spinach paste with the oats and suji batter. Blend it again until it's smooth and thick.

Serve hot and crispy dosa with coconut chutney.  

Step 6: Heat a pan well before pouring a ladle full of batter. Cook your doses on a low flame until they are golden brown from both ends.
