A protein-packed smoothie is just what you need to start your day! This oats and almond breakfast smoothie is loaded with protein and other essential nutrients. Here is how you can make this delicious smoothie at home:

Step 1

In a blender, add half a cup of oats, a frozen banana, half a cup of Greek yoghurt, 2 tablespoons almond butter and half or 1 cup of milk.

Step 2

Add a tablespoon of honey and a pinch of cinnamon.

Step 3

Blend the ingredients well until smooth and combine well.

Step 4

If you feel the smoothie is too thick you can add more milk to it.

Step 5

Pour the smoothie into a glass and top it with oats and almonds chunks. Enjoy!
