How to Make Healthy, No-Bake Energy Bars at Home

This no-bake energy bar is a perfect snack for your healthy diet. Follow these easy steps to make it!

Step 1

In a food processor, add 3/4 cup oats, 1 and 1/2 cup chopped pitted dates, 1 cup almonds, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 3/4 cup peanut butter, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Step 2

Blend the ingredients on high speed until they stick together. Then add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and mix evenly with the mixture.

Step 3

Transfer the mixture to a baking pan lined with parchment paper and even it by pressing it firmly with your hands.

Step 4

Freeze the baking pan for about 2 hours until the mixture solidifies.

Step 5

Cut the frozen mixture into small pieces to make bars and enjoy!
