How To Make Healthy Beetroot Chilla in 3 Easy Steps

Ingredients: Oats, paneer, beetroot, chickpea flour, salt, regular spices like red chilli powder, coriander powder and oil.

Step 1: Grind the oats in a blender and make a fine powder.

Step 2: In the same blender, add chopped beetroot, chickpea flour, paneer, salt, spices and water to make a thick paste.

Step 3: Grease a hot pan, pour a ladle full of batter and spread it evenly. Cook until it's golden brown on both sides.

Tip: You can also add veggie and paneer stuffing to the chilla.
