How To Make Garlic Mushroom Rice For Office In 15 Minutes

Ingredients: Garlic, mushrooms, rice, green chillies and regular spices like red chilli powder, pepper, and turmeric powder.

Step 1: Wash and chop garlic and mushrooms.

Step 2: Saute some garlic with chopped green chilli and other spices in the pan and let it cook.

Step 3: Add chopped mushrooms and let it cook for a few minutes.

Step 4: Add soaked rice to the pan along with water and let it cook for a few minutes.

Step 5: Garnish your rice with chopped coriander and pack it in your tiffin box.

Note: You can add veggies of your choice.
