Paratha is a staple breakfast in North Indian households. It is made in various ways and varieties. Here we have brought a recipe to give your regular paratha a unique twist:
Ingredients
Flour, eggs, grated cheese, oil, and regular spices.
Step 1 - Knead a soft dough with warm water and keep it aside.
Step 2 - Take a separate bowl and prepare the egg mixture with onions, chillies, coriander leaves and salt.
Step 3 - Take a pan and add some butter to it. Pour the egg mixture into it and stir until the eggs are scrambled well. Once it’s fully cooked, transfer it to a separate plate and let it cool.
Step 4 - Take out the dough and divide it into small balls. Now make flat parathas.
Step 5 - Stuff each paratha with cheese and scrambled eggs. Shape them into small balls and gently flatten each ball with your hands, then use a rolling pin to roll them out into flat parathas.
Step 6 - Gently put the paratha on a hot pan and cook it with ghee or any other oil till it’s crisp and soft.
