How To Make Crispy Veggie Sticks At Home

Ingredients: Boiled potatoes, carrots, onions, peas, oregano, green chillies, refined flour, capsicum, curd, corn, chilli flakes, oil, cheese, bread and bread crumbs, salt and spices like red chilli powder, coriander powder.

Step 1: Grate all the veggies you have and keep it aside.

Step 2: In a bowl, add all the grated veggies with refined flour, boiled potatoes and corn, cheese, curd, bread, salt and spices. Mix all the ingredients and make thin sticks.

Step 3: In another bowl, make a thick slurry of refined flour, water, and black pepper.

Step 4: Now take prepared sticks and dip them in refined flour slurry and coat with bread crumbs.

Step 5: Deep fry the coated veg sticks one by one. And, your crispy veggie sticks are ready.
