Murmura (puffed rice), jaggery, ghee (clarified butter), nuts, seeds, or dried fruits are required to make these ladoos.
Crispy, deep-fried chickpea or fava bean balls, falafel is a popular Middle Eastern street food. Serve them in pita bread with tahini sauce, salad, and pickles for an easy-to-make meal with rich flavours.
In a separate pan, melt ghee and add jaggery. Cook over low heat until the jaggery melts completely and forms a thick syrup.
Over the roasted murmura, drizzle the jaggery syrup. To make sure the murmura are evenly coated with syrup, stir quickly.
Using your hands, take small amounts of the mixture and make it in a circular shape while it's still warm. Before serving, let the ladoos cool completely.
